We want to encurage users to think for themselves, and most importantly to track their progress. For that, we have just the right tools, making Rapid Muscle the best choice on the market.

The Generator

Our generator provides access to the most advanced workouts on the market, adhering to the latest research in hypertrophy and muscle growth. Here's why our workouts stand out:

Volume

We've chosen a moderate volume approach, combined with very high intensity, prioritizing quality over quantity. This optimal balance ensures the best approach for fatigue management and muscle gain.

Frequency

The prioritized muscle group is trained 2-3 times a week, while other muscle groups are trained 1-2 times a week, ensuring balanced development and adequate recovery.

Exercise Selection

We've carefully chosen the most effective exercises for each muscle group, focusing on machine-based movements for their stability, isolation, and lower risk of injury.

Exercise Sequence

Exercises are strategically sequenced to train the prioritized muscle group first, while alternating between muscle groups to allow for rest, thus maximizing overall performance.

Workout Logging

Our workout tracker works great in synergy with our generator. It allows you to log your generated workouts, adjust them, and track your weights and reps. We encourage all of our users to make use of this, as it becomes much easier to consistently progressively overload. This is a very powerful tool and we truly believe it's key to maximizing muscle growth.
